Service Boomerang uses the mileage tracking feature of Matrack's PingMaster5000 GPS Tracker to notify both the customer and the dealer when the key mileage thresholds have been reached for required maintenance on trailers.

When a dealership loads their entire lot inventory with the PingMaster5000, every trailer they sell becomes a revenue generating dynamo, bringing service revenue back continually to the dealership over the next five years for the full life of the tracker. And note that at the five year mark, the high revenue mark that's hit that year becomes every year's service revenue thereafter.

The tracker can also detect long periods of no trailer movement, which will trigger alerts to both the dealer and trailer customer that a safety inspection should be performed before the trailer's next use.
